Ingredients

At Organic Lather Co, we're all about taking care of your skin and wellness. We want you to know exactly what you're using, so we've put together a comprehensive section that lists every single ingredient we use in our products. But if you ever have a question about what's in a product, concern about allergies, etc  - just reach out and we will be happy to help!

Sorbitol

Also known as Xylitol, is a sugar alcohol found in plants, is a powerful natural humectant that draws moisture to the skin. Its unique properties make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their skin's hydration levels.

Sodium Cocoate

Sodium cocoate is a common ingredient in soaps that is derived from coconut oil. It is a mixture of fatty acid salts that helps to cleanse and moisturize the skin.

Propylene Gylcol

Titanium Dioxide

A mineral that works as a broad spectrum sunscreen protecting skin from both UVB and UVA rays.

Sodium Stearate

Sodium stearate occurs naturally in most soap bars. It's derived from stearic acid which is found in most saturated (solid) fats like coconut oil, palm oil, and tallow.

Goat Milk

Milk from goats is an ideal soap making additive as it’s high in fat, which makes for a luxurious & creamy bar.

Glycerin

This is derived from several types of plants—or more specifically, plant oils. These plant oils can include canola, coconut, corn, palm, and soybean. This vegetable derived moisturizer aids in providing smoothness and prevention of water loss.

Mica

These are natural silicate minerals that are ground down into a fine powder that can be used to add glimmering look or color to soaps.

Fragrance/Oils

Various essential oils that we blend together or use individually (depending on bar), that are organically grown.

Honey

Infuses a light, warm, sweet scent, the added sugar content helps increase the lather, and acts as a humectant.

Aloe

Aloe vera contains anti-inflammatory antibacterial, antioxidant, and antifungal properties that can improve the health of your skin.

Additionally, it contains vitamins and nutrients that can help to revitalize the skin along with moisturizing properties.
