Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at midnight CST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 24-48 hours. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates: All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
OrganicLatherCo.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
OrganicLatherCo.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
OrganicLatherCo.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. Alert us at info@organiclatherco.com
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

Returns/Exchanges Policy
We want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of open or used products. This means your item must be returned still sealed inside it's shrink wrap packaging or in the case of jars the heat seal must still be unopened.
Returns of new, unopened products: Within 14 days of receipt. New and unopened is defined as the product still sealed inside its original cellophane packaging with all labels/tags/accessories. If you would like to return an unused product, please use the enclosed label provided inside your packaging. Once we receive your package and it is determined to be in new unopened condition, we will process your return funds within 5 business days. Return fees are paid for by customer and will be deducted from the refund. Items returned that are not in re-sellable condition will be destroyed and no refund will be issued. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are all final sale & cannot be refunded.

OrganicLatherCo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at info@organiclatherco.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product. Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit unto the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
